"A beautiful house with lots of facilities and a large pool. It is in a nice quiet area of La Rochelle, though it is a fairly long walk to any amenities.Dealings with the owner were difficult. He came to inspect the property before we left and questioned us about anything he was not happy with. He also wanted us to pay an extra deposit and charged us extra for providing bedding. The house was lovely, but I would not book it again as I found it very stressful!"

There’s plenty of space for everyone and the kids appreciate the WiFi. It was very easy to find and thanks to Kevin the caretaker we soon felt at home. "The hob didn’t work the lights outside around the table were not working, the pool was not maintained and we were not able to swim in it . As a consequence of the cooker not working I had to pay for six of us to eat put all the time! And the food I bought from the supermarket to cook went off !! My daughter is visually impaired and fell down the steps because the lights were not working!! I contacted the manager on 10 different occasions and she did not get back to me .
