This property consists of a living room opening onto a furnished balcony with sea and promenade view and a perfectly equipped kitchen.

The night area consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed opening onto the balcony and another with 2 small beds opening onto an interior courtyard, the latter is equipped with a bathroom and another bathroom is also available.

Ideal for a vacation all on foot 2 steps from the historic center, thalassotherapy, the beach and the church

It should be noted that the elevator will not be in operation from 03/02/2025 to 14/03/2025, for work.

Please note that the courtyard balcony, kitchen side is forbidden to access.
