Ideal for a family of 5 or for 2 couples, old renovated farm in the residential area of Bordaberry (Chemin d'Ithurbidea) in the quiet of Saint Jean de Luz, we offer a self-catering furnished accommodation classified 3 stars offering all the necessary comfort .
Accessible by bike via the cycle path.
In summer, fortnightly rentals.

By direct access, you access a house of approximately 100m² on two levels overlooking a large west facing terrace and a garden.
Ground floor:
- Living room with a sofa bed.
- Large kitchen / dining room
- Shower room (shower and WC).
Upstairs :
- Bedroom with 140cm bed
- Bedroom with double bed (2 x 80cm) and a third 90cm bed

Nice and recommendable appartment

Very nice, well kept and well equipped appartment in a completely renovated Basque farm house in a quiet and nice residential quarter. Especially the large terrace and the spacious kitchen as well as 2 bathrooms make it perfect for 4-5 adults. You can walk in 15-20 minutes to the beach and in the center. The proprietors live in the other half of the house and are friendly and helpful. We spent 2 very pleasant weeks there.

Jolie maison, spacieuse avec un exterieur agréable, sur les hauteurs au calme et à l'abri de la foule, avec très peu de vis à vis. Deplacements faciles en vélo avec de nombreuses pistes cyclables.Propriétaires discrets, disponibles si besoin.

Belle maison très bien équipée et très agréable mitoyenne avec celle des propriétaires très discrets et charmants. Quartier calme et reposant. Un peu loin de tout quand on a des enfants donc il faut prendre la voiture c’est l’inconvénient vu le monde du mois d’août Trop vallonné pour faire du vélo

Ancienne ferme réaménagée avec simplicité, bien équipée (wifi un peu faiblard…), très propre et totalement conforme à l’annonce. Quartier agréable et calme. Les propriétaires qui habitent une autre partie de la maison sont sympathiques et discrets.

Très bon séjour dans une maison agréable et fonctionnelle

Maison bien située qui permet de découvrir tout le pays basque avec facilité, et l'accès à la plage est à 20 mins de marche. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location.

A Peaceful Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Anne and Benoit’s property. It is a comfortable, well equipped and in a very peaceful location. It was great to have a garden to relax and eat outside. Although it is away from the town centre, it is a lovely walk along the river. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Anne and Benoit.

Superbe maison au calme.

Très belle maison propre et récemment rénovée. Au calme et à 10-15 min du centre ville à pied. On a apprécié la terrasse très agréable, une bonne literie et des proprios disponibles et très sympathiques. Idéal pour 2 familles et des enfants en bas âge.

Très agréable sejour

Une maison très agréable et dans un très bon état sur les hauteurs de Saint Jean de Luz. La localisation est idéale pour être tout prêt de la ville, mais au calme sur une colline boisée. Le centre de Saint Jean de Luz et la plage sont à moins de 10mn en vélo par la piste cyclable. Pas besoin de voiture, sauf si vous voulez aller plus loin. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, discrets et toujours prêt à donner des conseils excellents. À recommander sans hésitation.

Une belle maison sur les hauteurs

Une maison très accueillante sur les hauteurs de saint jean de luz. Nous y avons passé deux été en 2014 et 2015 avec nos trois enfants, qui rêvaient d'y revenir après notre premier sejour. La localisation est idéale pour etre au calme après une journée d'activités. Le centre de saint jean de luz est à moins de 10mn en vélo par la piste cyclable juste en bas de la colline, et les commerces sur le chemin permettent de se passer complètement de voiture. Les propriétaires Anne et Benoit sont sympathiques, discrets et connaissent par cœur la région ; ils sont de ce fait d'excellents conseils pour organiser le séjour. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

A Recommander sans hésitation

Description conforme aux indications. Logement très propre et lumineux. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants, habitant tout près, mais très discrets. Nous recommanderons cette location à nos proches en toute sérénité. Maison située à Saint Jean de Luz, très au calme étant un peu en retrait, beaucoup de charme dans cette ancienne ferme. Nombreux restaurants, belles balades dans l'arrière pays Basque (Espelette, Saint Jean de Pied de Porc, Ascain, et belles randonnées dans la montagne. Que du bonheur!! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

correspondant exactement a la description, très propre, avec de beaux volumes et un équipement de qualité, propriétaire sur place mais sans aucun vis a vis, très discret mais néammoins disponible pour les renseignements, nous y avons passé une semaine agréable entre amis et en plus avec le soleil je recommande
