Ce bungalow, situé à Saint-Jean-de-Monts, est idéal pour 8 personnes. Vous aurez à votre disposition 3 chambres, une piscine partagée ouverte du 01 avril au 01 novembre, un jardin aménagé, une terrasse et une connexion Wifi, le wifi est disponible moyennant un supplément de 5€ par nuit et par appareil.

Son salon offre un cadre parfait pour se détendre après une journée passée au soleil. Installez-vous dans le canapé pour lire un bon livre ou profitez des équipements mis à votre disposition.

Le bungalow possède 3 chambres confortables, 1 avec un lit double et 2 avec 2 lits simples et un canapé-lit dans le salon. La salle de bain est pourvue d’une douche. Le bungalow dispose un chauffage éclectique.

Merci de noter que la taxe de séjour est inclus dans le tarif. A la fin du séjour, le ménage doit être fait par le locataire ou peut être organisé pour la somme de 50 euros à payer auprès de la propriétaire. Les serviettes et les linges de lit ne sont pas inclus, merci de ramener les vôtres (il y a 4 lits simples et 2 lits doubles dans le logement) ou vous pouvez prendre la location pour 10 € par personne auprès du gestionnaire. Vous pourrez vous garer sur place (inclus dans le prix de la location). Il est interdit de fumer à l’intérieur. Les animaux sont totalement interdits. Attention en cas de manquement à ces obligations la caution sera prélevé entièrement. Les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées.

Pour avoir accès à la piscine, sauna, jacuzzi et aux activités du camping, des frais supplémentaires sont à payer sur place (Fun Pass), le tarif varie selon la saison.
