we loved the area with an easy access to the beach. The city is also near by so you can chose your daily activities within a reach. Unfortunately, there is no AC in the rooms so we slept with the windows open and was woken up daily between 4.30am and 6am by the staff pushing laundry trolleys outside. The reception hasn't offer a solution i.e. changing the room. If I come back to this hotel, I will make sure they allocate the room on the highest floor.

Vacances

J’ai réservé 3 nuits et prolongé encore 2 nuits avec les enfants. On a passé une très agréable semaine de vacances en famille malgré la semaine de pluie ! Heureusement l’accès aux installations de thalassothérapie est gratuit ( sinon 29€/personne/ jour !) comme : la piscine intérieure avec l’eau de mer, bain à remous, jacuzzi, aquabike, Hamman, sauna et les tisanes. Le passerelle direct de résidence à la thalassothérapie est très pratique ! Les linges de lit et toilettes sont fournies ! La résidence est équipé de kitchenette avec les vaisselles! Grâce à vous qu’on a bien profité les vacances ! Merci beaucoup à vous !

Séjour agréable que je recommande

Je suis venue dans l'attente de me reposer dans le calme et la sérénité, ce que j'ai trouvé. L'endroit est calme. Le lit est confortable. Juste la variation dans la douche était un peu compliquée: soit trop chaud soit trop froid. Espace agréable en tout cas. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. Les prix sont abordables. Leur restaurant est très bon.

Hôtel très chaleureux !

Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable, qui se rend disponible dès que l'on a besoin d'un renseignement. La décoration et l'ambiance rend le lieu chaleureu, et agréable. L'espace Spa est vraiment propre, la piscine est grande et est dotée de beaucoup d'installations. Néanmoins, le rapport qualité-prix du petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout au rendez-vous : 22€ par personne pour une proposition trop basique dont la qualité des aliments laisse à désirer...

Nous avons passé 6 nuits en famille avec un ado séjour excellent un seul bémol sur le lit double qui est un canapé lit et non un lit véritable. La chambre était propre, joli petit balcon pour prendre un café et bien équipée en vaisselles et équipement ménager : lave vaisselle, télé, aspirateur, réfrigérateur..

Bon week end

Très bon séjour à la résidence Valdys, le personnel est très agréable. Le duplex est suffisant pour quelques nuits, nous étions . L'accès a la piscine et au spa ce fait a pied par un chemin fermé.

Les logements de la résidence ont besoin d'être refaits. C'est propre mais pas très agréable d'y séjourner. A l'arrivée, il semble impératif d'attendre 16 h pour avoir le logement. Le seul intérêt est l'accès à la Thalasso et le calme du logement.

Chambre propre et confortable.avons passé un beau séjour, personnel a l écoute. Bémol les serviettes ne sont pas changées systématiquement dans les studios. Et un manque d informations touristiques et fonctionnement de la thalasso nous a manqué.

votre personnel est vraiment a revoir

nous étions dans un duplex, il a plu cette nuit la, la pluie tapait contre le velux, ce qui faisait résonance, lorsque nous en avons parlé au monsieur de l'accueil en partant, celui si nous a prit de haut et nous a très mal parlé, en soit on aurait pu passer l'éponge s'il n'avait pas été aussi arrogant dans ces paroles .. je fais beaucoup d'hôtel a l'année c'est la première fois que j'ai affaire a une personne comme ca ..
