"We had a great family holiday here. The owners were really helpful and responsive to questions and allowed us to check in early on the first day which was much appreciated after a 4.45 wake up on the ferry! The house was clean and bright and had everything we needed. The warm outside shower was great for after the beach. Lovely beaches very nearby which we had to ourselves (end of May). The garden was great for the kids and we enjoyed the selection of garden games. We’d come and stay here again....

"Lovely property with sea views from most rooms and a lovely outdoor heated pool (which was very appreciated as the sea in this area is fairly chilly!) Really short walk down to a very pretty and sheltered sandy bay with lots of rocks to scramble on. Roscoff itself is a pretty (if very tourist focused) town with attractive buildings, a beautiful church and lots of crêperies. All in all a lovely family holiday"

"Very clean, modern. Good size garden. Indoor pool was very popular with all of us adults and children alike. Gîte is very close to Roscoff and St pol de Leon. Easy to cycle to both towns on cycle path. Très propre, moderne. Jardin de bonne taille. La piscine intérieure était très populaire auprès de nous tous, adultes et enfants. Gîte est très proche de Roscoff et de St pol de Leon. Facile à faire du vélo jusqu'aux deux villes sur la piste cyclable."

"We had a fantastic stay at Villa Ty Billou. As well as being great for the kids who loved the pool, hot tub and garden, the layout made it very relaxing for us as well as it is easy to keep an eye on everyone. The location is great and the trip included a very easy journey to Brest to the aquarium as well as numerous empty local beaches. "House was great for a beachside holiday. There is lots to do reasonably close by but we didn’t stray far. The sunsets were fabulous. Compared with England the area is very quiet, dotted with small villages and some bigger old market towns. Pool, thought conpact, was better used than we had expected. Hosts very friendly."

"The. kitchen and living areas excellent .The pool being totally indoor a little disappointing.Bedrooms small and bathrooms very basic.One shower area nowhere to even put soap or shampoo Attention to detail for guests not great Tv in one bedroom not working one set of keys for entire part only umbrella in outdoor area not working lack of towels for an expensive property. All small things but annoying. It would take very little to make this a stunning property as described."

"Perfect house for a week away with the family. Kids loved the pool, which was great for when the weather was a bit cloudy. Beaches are really close by and easy to access. The hot tub was ideal as well, and well maintained. Lots of beds for our large family one double downstairs with adjacent shower room for parents, then two double rooms plus a room with two singles and a bunk bed upstairs for the kiddies."
