"I honestly did not enjoy my stay. The hotel had a strong smoke smell, not just the room, but the property overall. I was on a business trip to Drummondville, but all the hotels nearby were fully booked, so I had to book this one. Maybe because it is located near the highway, it felt more like a motel than a hotel. Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable or clean during my stay. I noticed marks on the chairs and other areas, and the overall cleanliness did not give me confidence. There was also a ladybug in my bedroom. I could not sleep properly on the bed because I did not feel it was clean enough. I ended up using my own towel and jacket just to feel comfortable enough to rest. I really hope the property does proper deep cleaning more regularly, because the stay did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort."
