"The house is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located by the beach. The beach is gorgeous and not crowded. We were very pleased with the set up and decor of the house and felt very at home during our stay. I’d highly recommend this location for a peaceful beach escape. Check in and out was simple. "Property was great! Matched description on VRBO site. House was clean, well maintained and stocked with starter essentials. Beach front property was beautiful and clean. Port St Joe area has an old florida vibe and is less developed than Panama City. Pool was well maintained and clean, but be aware its rather small. Be aware that Hwy 98 runs right behind house and can make parking challenging depending on traffic, and the road noise is audible in some rooms. They did provide white noise devices in some bedrooms to counter the noise, which i found thoughtful. Definitely recommend staying here. One downside, which has nothing to do with this house, if you need catering, do not use CateringConnections. Very negative experience and poorly run business."

"My SO and I stayed here with our pup, and it was perfect! The view of the ocean is spectacular, and beach access was incredibly easy. We wanted minimal stairs and close access to make things easy with our dog, and this place definitely hit the mark! The unit was quite clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with pet supplies, kitchen supplies and bathroom necessities. My only small note would be that the couch is a bit too broken in and needs updating. But the huge wooden chairs on the deck were incredibly comfy and where we spent a lot of our time!Host is great and responsive and even helped me plan a surprise birthday cake to be in the room when we arrived for my SO, which he was thrilled by! The small town area is very quiet which was great for our anxious pup and if you're looking for some pet-friendly spots, definitely check out Krazyfish Grille for dinner and Shoobies frozen treats for dessert after! "

"We loved our stay. It’s in a great neighborhood and we enjoyed walking our dogs. The little backyard area was perfect. The place was clean and beds slept great. My poodle & I enjoyed sitting on the front balcony each morning with our breakfast. Only downside is the walk to the beach access is farther than you think. This isn’t a deal breaker for us though, we would definitely stay again. It would be amazing if the guests of this place could use the private beach entrance that the neighborhood uses, as you can literally see it from the rental. "

"Amazing and cozy condo. Location couldn’t be any better. Very few people on the beach yet lots of crabs, sharks and tons of stingrays!! Love this place!!!"
