Private: property 15'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 21.May. - 10.Sep.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 5 km, sandy beach "Contis-Plage" 10 km.
