"This property is two rooms next to a small hotel. There is no check-in desk, instead you are meant to fill in an online form and let them know your arrival time. "We could not rate the staff as we arrived late and left early so they did not have opportunity to recieve our issues. That said, I raised the issues with the site in their internal review and while apologetic they did not mention any of the issues we had said.
