Children between 3 and 9 years old can enjoy a portico. Inside, the living room consists of a lounge area with a home cinema, board games and its dining area with integrated kitchen. A bathroom with walk-in shower / WC included on the ground floor. Laundry area under the stairs with washing machine. Upstairs, a first bedroom beautifully decorated and its bed 140x190, skylight, then a second bedroom with a bed 160x200m opening onto the terrace with sun loungers and high table and stools, view on the vineyard of Corconnac. For winter evenings a pellet stove will warm you (bags extra, and billing of electricity consumption in addition to 8kw / h).
