"Fantastic staff, very accommodating. Great shuttle service. Very close to a shopping-mall with lots of dining options and the beach is right there too. HOWEVER: swimming pool area infested with mosquitoes! We were there only ten minutes and were bitten everywhere, even on our faces. This is a great economic hotel otherwise."

"I was offered the option of a “fully-serviced apartment.” However, the first apartment offered had bed bugs crawling all over the bed. When I called to complain, they simply said that insects are common and begrudgingly moved us to another apartment in the same building. Though the apartment was fine, it had no AC in 30 degree Celsius weather.
