"We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. Rooms were dirty, walls were damaged, juicy or vomit on the floor, the sofa was badly stained and super dirty, toilet was licking and made a bad noise all night, sheets were dirty, no hair drier, no basic hygiene objects, with stinky hair and with a lot of small hauls, the shower didn' t work because the hot water...

"MERIBEL 12/25/24- We MOST HEARTILY RECOMMEND a stay at Résidence Pierre & Vacances Les Ravines, in the district of “Les Allues” but do not be confused, this is in the very heart of Meribel, not the village of Les Allues!!! You could not ask for a better location for your stay to ski and explore the 3 Vallees. Although the reception is not open all day, the hours are not really inconvenient, they are open in the morning and in the afternoon, best of all if you are arriving when the reception is...

"First class hotel and standard of accommodation, in keeping with the CGH brand of residence. Location a little out of town, but close by the bus stop and regular village shuttle bus. Possible to ski directly back to the hotel, however to access the slopes in the morning, approximate 500m uphill walk, which may be an issue with young children/elderly. Accommodation let down with attitude of reception staff and good luck if you need their assistance during your stay. We had issue with one of the...

" Should have read the reviews before booking, I experienced most of the negative comments i read in the reviews including unfriendly and unhelpful staff ( rarely someone at reception even at advertised times), penny pinching and hidden costs ( had to pay for sheets and pillow cases and buy our own toilet roll) no parking, an advertised pool that shut at at 6pm, a broken Jacuzzi. "Spacious apartment. Lots of storage space. Slightly small living/dining area/kitchen when compared with the rest of the apartment. Needs good of snow cover to be truly ski in/ski out. With only the pistes covered it was a 5 minute walk. Some nice add-ons - pool table in reception and communal washing machines and dryer. "

"Lovely accommodation very clean and modern with a nice pool area for relaxing. Ideally need a car at the end of ski season when it’s not ski in and ski out. Disappointed that the bar is closed during winter."
