"Gite le Roupillon is way more than you can see in the photos. The outdoor property is charming and secluded with a bbq and seating under a pergola, lush gardens, a pool, and a spa. The indoors is beautiful retaining all of the antique charm mixed with clean and modern facilities. The bed was beyond comfortable. No expense spared here. The breakfast was better than anything I have ever had at a high end brunch restaurant and the property owners are very pleasant. "

"It was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was a great place to get good sleep. The room was small but comfortable. Restaurants and a grocery store are a short walk away. I would seek out this place if I ever return to the area. "

"Spent a night here on our way from Maine to Quebec City, and couldn't have been happier! Bernard was great at communicating ahead of time, greeting us when we arrived with a warm hello by the fireside. Beautiful building in the heart of a quiet neighborhood. Slept incredibly well after a long drive, and started the next day with a filling breakfast before we drove through the farm country on the way to the city. Can't recommend Chez l'Doc enough, and hope to return!"

"We had such a nice time at the chalet for a week. My wife, dog and I really enjoyed our stay. We used the hot tub almost every day! Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were SO comfy. I wish we could have stayed longer."
