"The room was very clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was good They tried to put something new once in a while like everything bagels , different kind of cereals,etc… and as for the hot tub. It was very warm. We will return. Thank you☺️"

"C'est un excellent emplacement, c'est propre, bien situé pour un voyage d'affaire à Drummondville, il y a un restaurant sur place. Le personnel est très gentil. Le seul bémol, je ne paye jamais d'avance ma chambre et ils ont pris le montant la veille. Moi, je préfère payer sur place et avoir une facture pour mon entreprise."

"Room was clean and beds super comfortable. The heating system worked effficiently. Reception was lovely, meaning the young woman was very friendly and helpful, and the check out the following morning was quick and served with a smile and a thank you. Breakfast was lacking fruit, and the creamer my husband used was spoiled ( but not noticed until we were way down the highway). It’s a Comfort Inn. It isn’t a 5*, but it had all we needed and we both slept well. Also the night light in the bathroom was very much appreciated! "

"The pool is amazing. The hot tub was out of order. There is no ramp to get heavy bags in. Very animal friendly. They set up an orthopedic dog bed with goodie bag with organic dog cookies, poop bags and bandana!"

"The room was new with potential this is the only positive thing I can say Complaints: The room was not located within the hotel, but the next building with a few rooms and that building called the pavilion There was no bottled water nothing at all and no lighting in the kitchen nette The breakfast that was included only had white bread for a toast a couple of small sausage dried sausages with a little bit of scrambled eggs I did not eat there at all. I had to buy my own breakfast.There were no fruits, no juices no other type of bread other than white bread The heating air-conditioning did not work at all in the room and it did not work all night so I was very cold The windows are not soundproof and all I could hear was trucks cars every noise possible The television had a caption on it for someone that is blind and they could not fix the TV so every time I watch TV there was somebody narrating what we could see on the image which was very tiresome The lighting in the room was very basic and was not a great place to work with your computer because the plug for the computer was too far and needed an extension. Someone was supposed to bring it to me, but never came back. I will never rebook here ever. Do not recommend this hotel at all. The most I can give it is one or two stars at the most."
