We were very disappointed in our stay because we only picked this hotel due to the spa. However, it turns out that the spa is closed for over 1 month with no explanation or awareness. There is nothing on the website that mentions the spa was closed.
On a side note, there was no coffee pods for our coffee machine in the room and no teabags for the kettle. The bathroom had 2 sinks where one was clogged… At least the beds were comfy and nice. For a 5 star hotel, you’d expect more than this. Also Nobody asked how was our stay when we were checking out. Overall, it was average nothing special about this hotel for the price we paid you’d expect a real 5 star hotel.
