"Lovely three bedroomed gite in a small hamlet. Catherine and her husband were wonderful hosts and were very attentive without being intrusive. Fantastic L shaped pool, immaculate and clean. Gite Wass fully equipped and we highly recommend it, especially if you want the peace and quiet of the countryside."

"Gite bien aménagé, au calme dans un hameau, très facile d'accès depuis l'autoroute, parfait pour faire une étape. Cuisine grande et bien équipée (grand frigo, congélateur, four, etc.). On a apprécié le stationnement facile devant le gite, les lits faits à l'arrivée, les serviettes fournies, le baby foot/billard et jeu de fléchettes, la télé assez grande, la documentation touristique. C'est presque parfait sauf le canapé, très inconfortable et trop petit, à changer par un plus grand ou 2 petits...

"Ravis d’arriver sur ce lieu pour une pause d’une nuit sur la route de nos vacances.A notre arrivée, on nous annonce que le lieu est autosuffisant. J’ai relu l’annonce... ce n’est pas signalé. Il faut donc savoir qu’il n’y a pas de lave vaisselle pas de machine à laver le linge ou encore pas de micro onde car les panneaux solaires ne peuvent pas les alimenter.Il y a un petit refrigerateur réglé au minimum pour ne pas faire disjoncter l’électricité. Donc pas de freezer."

"Nous avons passés un très bon moment en famille dans cette belle demeure en pleine nature. L'endroit est très confortable et on s'y sent vite très bien. On est au calme, on a eu de belles soirées étoilées, la proximité des chevaux apporte une certaine sérénité. Le lieu est proche des grands axes routiers sans nuisances, il est donc facile de sillonner la région. Merci à Dominique et ses filles pour leur accueil, on garde l'adresse pour un prochain séjour !"

"I have to say this was the best vrbo I ever stayed in due to the amazing couple that owned and manages this place. They were helpful in so many ways. "The pretty gite sits next to the impressive main house in large grounds with lovely features. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, dual aspect with a nice balcony off one of the bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, there was a comfortable lounge and an outdoor table and chairs under the mulberry trees. We particularly loved hanging out at the pool and heading off on day trips in the local area. The hosts were very friendly and helpful."

"This is a lovely old hotel, recently refurbished I would imagine, in the centre of Cognac. Staff were friendly with a good command of English and our room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic shower! Breakfast was very good too! Parking is available but as we visited on a weekend we were able to park on the street outside for free. The hotel is very well located for bars and restaurants as well as the major brandy houses."
