Located in a small residence near the Rothéneuf district, just a few minutes from Le Val beach (500m), Intra Muros (6.5km) and within walking distance of shops (1km): bakery, restaurants, tobacconist/newsagent, grocery store, butcher's, all amenities and transport are nearby, Fénua is a bright, quiet and very clean apartment of approx. 65m², fully renovated, located on the 1st floor (no elevator), comfortably accommodating 1 to 4 people.

It offers two independent bedrooms with high-quality bedding (size 140x200 and 2 beds 90X180), storage space and a bathroom.
A beautiful, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher...) gives you complete independence.
The living room is beautifully luminous thanks to its double exposure, offering a dining area and a lounge with TV.

- A private parking space is at your disposal.

Fenua "Parfait ! Un appartement décoré avec gout, Bonne literie dans les deux chambres, nous n'avons pas beaucoup cuisiné, mais il m'a semblé qu'il y avait le necessaire. Et puis, quel calme .... Un emplacement vraiment sympa : parc du Nicet à 2 pas et pointe de la Varde en moins de 15 min. Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinard ne sont pas loin non plus. Je conseille vivement."

Fenua "11° et pas d’eau chaude le soir pour se laver ça craint 🙂 À mon arrivée, le chauffage n’a pas été mis alors que nous avions réservé deux jours avant arrivé à 21h 11°. Il faisait très froid toute la nuit et le lendemain pas d’eau chaude. 🙁 Appartement est bien dommage le confort sans chauffage au mois de décembre. C’est horrible."

Fenua Tout s’est bien passé lors de notre arrivé, logement très bien équipé, propre, conforme à l’annonce. Déception car nous n’avons pas réussi à monter le thermostat du chauffage bloqué à 18, heureusement, nous avons pu faire du feu grâce à l’insert. La baignoire à jet ne fonctionne pas.

Fenua "Super bel appartement, résidence calme idéalement situé proche de la mer. Petit bémol au niveau de la vaisselle; il faudrait rajouter quelques verres et tasses ainsi qu’une ou deux casseroles car une seule casserole c’est un peu juste… Et tabourets de cuisine pas très conforts. Ça reste des détails mais qui peuvent être améliorés pour un équipement parfait. Ce qui compte c’est que nous avons passé un agréable séjour."

Fenua "Ingesamt sehr schön, aber mit Abstrichen 🙂 Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Siedlung von Feriendomizilen in Strand- und Meeresnähe. Boulangerie liegt einen Kilometer entfernt im Dorf. Strand, Küste und Aussichtspunkte liegen fußläufig entfernt. Ein Skulpturenpark in Fels gehauen befindet sich in der Nähe. Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Wohnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet. Entsprach den Bildern des Vermieters. Abwicklung über die Plattform des Vermieters war unkritisch. Durch die Größe des Vermieters unpersönlich, aber reibungslos. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich nach telefonischem Kontakt zur von uns gewünschten Zeit. Der freundliche Herr sprach französisch. 🙁 Die Wohnung befand sich in einem mittelmäßigen Reinigungszustand. Das Sofa war eine große Weile nicht gereinigt. Das Bad bestand aus einer Wellnessbadewanne in einen sanierungsbedürftigem Zustand. Der Reinigungszustand der Wanne war entsprechend zur Sitzgruppe. Die Küche war spartanisch aber ausreichend mit vielen Einzelstücken ausgestattet. Der Reinigungszustand ähnlich."

Fenua "🙂 Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schick und modern eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gut geeignet für 4 Personen (wir waren 3 Personen). Zum Atlantik sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. 🙁 Leider gibt es keine Dusche sondern eine Wanne im Bad (in der man etwas umständlich duschen kann). Aber auch das war letztendlich kein Problem."
