Completely refurbished, this 20m2 studio has been tastefully decorated and offers maximum comfort.

The 80m2 terrace, a veritable sunny outdoor living space, invites you to rest while enjoying 100% of the view. Sun loungers, outdoor lounge and dining area.

Practical questions

The studio is located on the 7th floor, the elevator takes you to the 6th then a small, slightly steep staircase opens up the Ciel de Saint-Malo (access not suitable for people with reduced mobility).

Spectacular Terrace View
Small but well -appointed modern apartment with windows on all sides open to the lovely city and beaches of St Malo. A nearly wrap-around deck provided exceptional views throughout the day and evening. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom updated with nice fixtures and instant hot water. Melanie was always available and helpful when we needed anything. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and the bus stops all close by for the times we didn’t feel like walking.

Merveilleux séjour
Merveilleux séjour au Ciel de Saint-Malo. Le studio est parfait pour un séjour en couple. Il dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Surtout, la vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle, quelle que soit l'heure de la journée et les conditions climatiques. La situation est également idéale, on peut accéder aux remparts de Saint-Malo par la promenade le long de la mer, il n'y a pas mieux. Et aussi proche des grands axes, dans un quartier calme, avec toutes les commodités à proximité (mention spéciale pour la boulangerie et le fish & chips). Magnifique marché de Paramé le samedi matin. Merci à Bertrand et Mélanie pour leur accueil.

Sehr schönes Appartement über den Dächern von St. Malo
Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, hat aber alles was benötigt wird. Sie ist wirklich komplett eingerichtet und der Vermieter stellt alles nötige zur Verfügung. Aber der Hammer ist natürlich die Aussicht auf Stadt, Strand und Meer. Dazu eine Dachterrasse die wirklich sehr groß ist! Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unser Gastgeber hat uns sehr ausführlich alles erklärt. Auch sehr gute Tipps für die Stadt und die Umgebung hat er parat. Die Umgebung ist auch super und die Strandnähe natürlich topp. Es gibt Bäckerei und kleine Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum läuft man auf der Promenade entlang des Meeres. Man kann auch radeln. Wenn möglich empfiehlt es sich Fahrräder mitzunehmen oder zu leihen. Die Wohnung hat eine steile Eingangstreppe vom Lift aus, daher nichts mit Gehbehinderung oder Rollstuhl. Die Bilder und Umgebung in der Beschreibung sind 100% korrekt.
