Genuine vacation home 500 m from the beaches and the GR34

Located 500 meters from two superb beaches (Plage du Minihic and Grande Plage du Sillon) and from the center of the Paramé district of Saint-Malo, our holiday home (one level) with garden and terrace will seduce you with its comfort and location. ideal for spending wonderful holidays by the sea. Note the proximity of the accommodation to the very famous thalassotherapy center "Les thermes marin" (500 meters). The house is fully equipped. It has two bedrooms with dressing room in each (1 large double bed of 160 in one and 2 small beds of 80 in the other). Each room has a workspace (a secretary for one and an integrated desk for the other). A cot (cot) with comfortable mattress is also available (baby phone provided). A very functional kitchen with pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, microwave, wine cellar, refrigerator, freezer and high chair for baby overlooking the living room with direct access to the garden. A shower room/wc with large shower cubicle (deckchair + baby bath). A laundry room with washing machine, condenser dryer, ironing board and iron. A large outdoor drying rack to hang out your beach towels. You can also take your meals on the terrace on the East/South East side or in the Garden on the South/South West side. A barbecue is at your disposal. A meridian as well as 4 deckchairs will allow you to relax in the garden. The exterior is fully enclosed and presents no danger for young children. Several board games and books are available in one of the bedrooms as well as toys, beach games, scooters, skateboards and landing nets (stored in the chalet). Musicians may, upon prior request, use the upright piano (Petroff) located in the living room. We leave on the spot (garden) our little turtle Hermann, she is very discreet and completely autonomous. However, she does not refuse a few dandelion flowers or a small slice of tomato or strawberry from time to time ;)
The house has been fully insulated (insulation on the outside and attic) which gives it a constant freshness in case of high temperatures.
