This charming, bright, and well-designed apartment offers:
A comfortable living room with a double sofa bed (sleeping 2 guests), a TV, and dedicated WiFi connection via a private box. A manual Velux window brings in plenty of natural light and allows easy ventilation.
A practical kitchenette, ideal for short stays, equipped with a high-quality air fryer from a reputable brand, a microwave, a Tassimo coffee machine, a sink, and all the necessary tableware. (Please note that the apartment does not have a traditional oven.)
A cosy mezzanine, accessible by stairs, with a double bed, perfect for a couple.
Two single bunk beds located at the entrance area, designed to comfortably accommodate children or teenagers.
A functional bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and essential amenities.
For your comfort during warm summer days, a powerful portable air conditioning unit is available in the loggia, with an exhaust hose vented outside, allowing the living area to be efficiently cooled.
The apartment is located in a quiet and secure residence, nestled among pine trees, with the sea breeze as a backdrop – the perfect setting to relax and fully enjoy your stay.
The Cap Soleil residence is easily accessible by car. Free, unallocated parking spaces are available in and around the residence.
You will have the flat all to yourself and I am available if you need me. We will send you messages with instructions before your arrival and contact you on the day of your arrival to make sure your stay goes smoothly.
Located in the privileged Pin Rolland district of Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer, the Cap Soleil residence enjoys a natural, unspoilt environment, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. There are no crowds here, just the gentle Provencal way of life, surrounded by pine trees, creeks and turquoise waters. Ideal for seaside walks, beach afternoons, or tennis and swimming sessions at the residence.

For travellers without a car, the residence is accessible by public transport from Toulon:
From Toulon SNCF station, take the boat-bus (line 18M) to Saint-Mandrier (about 20 minutes crossing, magnificent panorama guaranteed).
From the port of Saint-Mandrier, take a local bus or bike/taxi to the residence (around 5 to 10 minutes, depending on your choice).
The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, serving Toulon, the beaches and the shops in the town centre.
