"Great experience at this beautiful place. Xavier and his wife could not have done more to make us feel welcome. This was a really good break from usual business hotels, great evening / dinner with owners and other guests ending with a courtesy tour of the estate in a golf buggy, we will certainly remember our stay. "I think some thought went into the design of the hotel but the day-to-day operation lets it down completely. Front door doesn’t lock properly, looks like was forced open. Air conditioning doesn’t work, sink leaks and drains onto the floor. No soap in shower. Drapes so close to sink that they get wet every time. Dead insects in drapes and windows. Some parts on room construction unfinished while other finished bits are falling apart."
