"We've just returned from a week-long stay and had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. Jo and Aurelie met us on arrival and gave us a good tour of the property, answering questions along the way. They kept in touch regularly over whatsapp as needed, and Jo attended to cleaning the pool and hot tub almost daily. The villa is beautiful and everything has been thought of. "This is a lovely house in a quiet location just a short drive from Argelès-sur-Mer. The house is well maintained and was spacious enough for the 5 of us to have plenty of room. The communication from the owner was excellent and even when we had a small issue with the dishwasher they had it fixed within a day. Highly recommended and we would definitely visit again."

"Most of our holiday was spent outside by and in the pool. The house and weather were perfect. The pool was a little cold at first but soon warmed to 28 deg. We enjoyed trips into town, to the beach and to the marina for a birthday dinner. Alas, a bush fire caused damage to a nearby campsite with explosions and black smoke which really frightened the children. Thankfully the many fire engines and aircraft were able to extinguish it within 24 hours. In spite of this we would happily return."

"We have just returned from a 2-week stay at Villa Mierlo with our two teens and were really sad to leave. It's a lovely house in a quiet hillside location with amazing views from every window (you can see the sea, the Pyranees and Spain) and a good sized pool, which we used to the full. The house is beautifully renovated, with plenty of character, all mod cons and very well equipped (lots of kitchen stuff, sun loungers, an outdoor table tennis table and a Wii with all the games). "La maison d'Hélène est très agréable avec son espace extérieur. Tout est très propre et neuf. Le logement est bien équipé (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, produits de première nécessité...) Très pratique qu'il y ait 2 salles de bain. Très bonne communication, Hélène est à l'écoute et disponible par message. Le seul petit bémol (mais qui n'en sera plus un dans quelques mois) ce sont tous les travaux alentours. Le quartier est récent et tout en construction donc cela amène pas mal de bruits en...

The provision of a fan in the bedroom was a very welcome addition for the hot nights. It's in a very quiet location, but convenient for amenities in nearby Ceret and a wealth of walking options. "Incredible mountain views, lovely house, well equipped with a fab pool, we had a great holiday at Casa Vostra. Be prepared for a climb but the views are worth it, we stayed with our three children aged 11, 8 and 4 and they were in heaven in the pool, the balcony was wonderful for evening drinks and the lower area with table/plancha was magical for dinner- the views were breath taking. Air conditioning in bedrooms was a blessing during a very hot spell. The shared pool in the Domaine was fun too...

"En effet, nous avons tout d'abord été surpris de l'état de propreté dans lequel nous avons reçu la location. Le ménage semblait n'avoir été fait que sommairement, et beaucoup d'effets personnels étaient encore dans la maison (voir photos en pièce jointe de diverses serviettes, soutien gorge ou encore caleçon de bain, pour ne citer que cela). Aussi, le réfrigérateur de la cuisine était encore quasiment plein et le congélateur presque inexploitable car rempli de givre. Quant à celui du cellier...
