Kitchen (2 hot plates, mini-oven, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: with TV (flat screen), electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
