"Great place for a family to enjoy the quietness of the Cevenes National park. You can either stay at the hotel and do all the activities they have. you can't get bored, or you can use it as a base to drive around the park. The people at the property are very very nice and helpful. They offered us several places to visit that were wonderful."

"This place will always hold a special place in my heart. ChateauZen is an incredible place in a breathtaking part of France. We enjoyed a stellar dinner there each night (highly recommend) and the chef has such a deep knowledge of the region. Her passion was evident in everything she made. Pool and saunas are top notch. Everyone who works at ChateauZen was so kind and helpful, and the grounds are gorgeous."

"A very utilitarian hotel. Rooms small and basic, bathroom very basic, and shower overflowed. Didn’t try the food. The location isn’t great unless you’re staying to be near a hospital facility or business. The car parking didn’t have the impression of being very secure although nothing untoward happened. The one bonus was there was a door from the room straight to the garden which was not that attractive but very practical for my dogs. "
