Come and enjoy this large apartment and its terrace with panoramic views of Saint Martin de Ré and the ocean. In the heart of Saint Martin intramuros, close to the Barbette Park, the port and shops, this charming apartment will welcome you with family or friends for a pleasant stay. Ideally located to discover all the charms of Ile de Ré, you will be directly on the bike paths to relax and visit.

The entrance is on the ground floor through a private staircase leading directly to the apartment which is located on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor you will find a large terrace with summer kitchen (garden furniture and griddle).

This large unit has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. Furnished with chic and taste, each room has its own independent bathroom. The composition of the apartment is as follows:

Bedroom 1:1 160 cm bed (WC + Shower)
Bedroom 2:1 160 cm bed (Bath)
Bedroom 3:2 80 cm beds or 1 160 cm bed (Bath)

An independent WC will also be at your disposal.
