Charming villa of 160 m2 located near the beach of La Cible (St Martin).

Renovated in 2017, this house has an estimated capacity of 10 beds.

This very luminous home consists of a living room, a kitchen opened on a big dining room, 5 rooms among which 1 parental suite with dressing and room of water and a 5th room of supplement, as well as a room of Bath and a room of water.

A vast laundry room completes the whole.

You will particularly appreciate its pretty garden which allows you to take all your meals and to rest in peace.

This house has a private parking and internet access.

A selection of books and DVDs is also at your disposal.

All the bedding, as well as a large part of the furniture and appliances are new.

une île pour les vélos

Tout est cher sur l'île, la chaleur, début septembre, n'est pas au rendez-vous mais si l'on aime pédaler en bord de mer loin des voitures, c'est parfait ! notre location à Saint-Martin était très agréable et au calme. Nous étions là pour vivre ensemble une semaine, tout le monde est reparti enchanté... Question intendance, il y a eu quelques hic : l'annonce ne précise pas qu'il y a 2 lits de 160 et nous avons dû aller acheter un drap housse à notre arrivée, le lave-vaisselle est tombé en panne, nous avons découvert les clés du portillon d'entrée au moment de notre départ... mais ces incidents n'ont pas entamé notre bonne humeur et nous garderons plein de beaux souvenirs !

Une maison très agréable et bien située

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables dans cette maison très bien conçue, bien équipée et très bien située à proximité de la plage, des commerces et de St Martin. Quartier très calme. Accueil par l'agence très pro et efficace.

Villa très agréable

Villa bien située, dans un quartier calme et à une faible distance des commerces et du centre ville. Grand jardin très agréable. Garage pour les vélos. Très bon équipement électroménager avec un second réfrigérateur dans la buanderie. Décoration soignée. Vastes placards dans les chambres et le couloir, et le confort d'un dressing dans la suite parentale. Literie très confortable à l'exception de la banquette BZ, située dans la chambre "annexe" en enfilade entre la suite parentale et le séjour, qui ne comporte pas de rangement. En résumé : villa parfaite pour 8 adultes et 1 ou 2 enfants.
