"This place need so much attention on cleanliness, my son and I have to pull out our sleeping bags, so we can sleep better. The room was not dusted in days(weeks)? They had a cat and went right inside the room, thank God we are not allergic to them. They own the place and sleep in the place, with their bedroom right on top of ours, I couldn’t sleep at all, because I can hear them moving around. "

"Perched high above Saint-Jean-de-Luz, the views are terrific. The rooms are exquisitely and thoughtfully furnished. The villa itself is like a museum with an endless and fascinating collection of art and objects. The breakfast was delicious and served by the owner himself. Although the weather was too chilly to sit outdoors, had it been warmer, it would have been an ideal place to lounge and enjoy the pool. Parking is on the street, but it was not a problem. Highly recommend for an experience...

"Je nai pas dormi dans cet hôtel car en arrivant j'ignorais qu'il y avait bar discothèque au rez de chaussée. Ce n'est pas préciser que le site du caractère bruyant. Comme je devais me lever à 5h pour le travail jai fait demi tour. Et cerise sur le gâteau, hôtels.com m'a prélevé et ne répond pas à mes messages."

"We had a fabulous experience. The place is extremelly beautiful and well maintained. The apartment was cozy and we could find everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped too. There is free parking which is very convenient. You can easily park downtown to reach the main attractions. The host, Mr Iban, was definitely a highlight of our stay. "Charming owners and a wonderful breakfast spread was delivered to our apartment door every morning. Take care with power-shower, drainage v poor and had a tendency to flood bathroom and bedroom. The local facilities are limited in the preparation for the festivals so be prepared to travel further away for restaurants etc. "
