"The property is unclearly labeled as having air conditioning. They have it in the lobby, but not all the rooms. This was a very important variable when we booked the hotel. Additionally, when we called the front desk about other issues, they never picked up the phone. We tried three times after letting it ring for well over a minute before having to go downstairs to speak to them directly. Will never go back."

"Advertised as dog friendly however dogs are not allowed in the restaurant so no dinner or breakfast available unless you wanted to be put in a back room and told your dog mustn’t make any noise. Mildew in shower. No refill of milk or coffee unless room cleaning paid for."

"We had a junior room [small suite], it was spacious. Unusual toilet position though. The pool is small but the garden is relaxing. Breakfast - no complaints at all about the food, the room itself is a little cramped. There was outdoor seating available. Lift service good, but the stairwell needs some TLC. Overall a well maintained property, with plenty of on street parking in this busy resort."
