About this property

Idyllic country house with large garden near a beautiful swimming lake

  • The house has been a holiday home for our family since 1986, renovated in 2012-2015 in many areas and refurbished to let it to other lovers of the French way of life during the time when we do not use it ourselves.

    The house has included the glazed veranda around 75 square meters, inside there are two Schlafzmmer, bathroom, kitchen and a small living / dining room, thus offering four people enough space.

    Especially for kids, the plot a wonderful place to play, explore and romping. The property is fenced, but small children should because of the scale, about 30 to 40 cm deep mini Area, which is fed by surface water, not be left unattended.

    It is a Non smoking house, we ask that our smoking guests to pursue their passion in the outdoors.

    On the west side of the building is a large stone terrace with direct access to the living room.

Family Gite near beautiful lake

Great location for access to Saint Mathieu and the lake. Good sized bedrooms, plenty of decent crockery, etc. No frills but adequately met our needs. As we were only a couple we were paying a premium, better value for a family. Gardens surrounded the property with plenty of choice of seating, weather permitting.

Séjour très agréable et reposant, à l'ombre des arbres

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Bien que la cuisine soit peu pratique car petite, il ne manquait rien, et nous avons apprécié les nombreux équipement mis à disposition. Le terrain arboré est très agréable, avec ses différents espaces à l'ombre ou au soleil, selon les envies. Nous avons pu déjeuner et dîner dehors, sur la terrasse ou sur l'arrière du terrain, à l'ombre du grand chêne. Très beau mobilier de jardin complet, qui nous a permis de merveilleusement bien profiter de l'extérieur, au calme et très agréable. De plus, le jardin entièrement clos a permis à ma petite chienne de profiter du jardin. Nous recommandons cette maison, et remercions les propriétaires.

LOCATION dont le point fort se situe principalement à l'extérieur (terrain, terrasses et pelouse ++) alors que l'intérieur est correct mais pour moi "à rafraichir" (et "petite" cuisine")

wer das mag ist hier genau richtig. Wir konnten in dem schönen Garten wunderbar entspannen und das Haus blieb während der Hitzewellen schön kühl. Das Haus ist einfach und praktisch aber durchaus gemütlich eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Jolie petite maison de campagne avec grand jardin et accessoires

Isolée sans l'être tout à fait (il y a deux ou trois maisons voisines), cette maison est parfaite pour une petite famille qui souhaite passer des vacances "au vert", à vélo, en voiture ou à pied. Les pistes de randonnées sont nombreuses et à proximité de la maison. Les commerces ne sont pas loin et ouverts le dimanche. De nombreux sites (notamment châteaux) et jolis villages sont à découvrir dans la région. un petit bémol, comme elle est souvent inoccupée, la maison sent "le renfermé" et la poussière.

Idylisch und einfach schön

Wer ein ruhiges, grünes und gepflegtes Örtchen sucht, ist hier richtig! Das süße kleine Häuschen beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Da wir mit 2 Kindern unterwegs waren, war auch die Waschmaschine sehr hilfreich. Ebenso gut genutzt haben wir den Garten zum Fußball oder Federball spielen. Ein Badesee ist auch ganz nah, allerdings ist dieser gerade nicht mit viel Wasser gesegnet und daher konnten wir ihn nicht nutzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Schöne Ferien im Limousin

Wir haben schöne Ferientage im Limousin verbracht. Die Gegend lädt zu vielen Unternehmungen ein, Wetter war fantastisch und 1 Woche Aufenthalt war zu kurz! Das Ferienhaus können wir empfehlen, da es ruhig gelegen, gemütlich und praktisch ausgestattet ist. Die Kinder haben Platz zum Toben. Auf der Terrasse kann man gut essen, Spiele spielen, in der Sonne liegen, Sterne beobachten...In diesem Haus und an diesem Platz kann man sich wirklich wohlfühlen.

Entspannung pur

Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und wirkt nicht wie ein Ferienhaus. Durch diie Bilder und Bücher fühlten wir uns wie zuhause . Wir hatten traumhaftes Wetter und konnten alle Außenplätze ausgiebig genießen, natürlich auch den nahegelegenen See. Auch die vorhandenen Lebensmittel entstressen den Urlaub, man muss nicht alles einkaufen und nicht alles aufessen. Wir hoffen, dass das weiter so funktioniert und waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal hier.
