"The only complaint that we had was the elevators; during our 4 days stay one of the elevator was out of service completely so everyone stayed on left wing was fighting for lift, it was small and slow (going up/down 30+ floors). We wont stay there again."

"We arrived early and asked to use the pool whilst waiting to check in. Our room was ready so that was fab! Our room was ready and on the ground floor with patio doors leading out to the pool area.
