He complained that we left an apple and some other items at the room at the time of checkout. There was NO trash bag, trash can, or soap. When were there, there was only about 10 guests staying so almost all rooms were empty, yet for some reason we were given a room that had not a functioning door. Really the door frame was completely broken and we really can't understand why the hotel owner didn't just allocate a different room for us. Toilet doors didn't have locks. Lights in...
