"My family and I have enjoyed a really lovely week in this great house. The property is very well equipped very comfortable and has everything you could need. There’s plenty of space for everyone and the kids appreciate the WiFi. It was very easy to find and thanks to Kevin the caretaker we soon felt at home. One of the best things for me was that you don’t really need a car when you’re there. The local shops and bar are only a few minutes walk away and the big supermarket is just a short cycle...

"Petite maison de vacances agréable et bien située au coeur de l'Ile de ré."

"Bon accueil et bien placé. On peut tout faire a pied. Manque de materiel pour le ménage (l’aspi n’a pas de bras correspondant). La vaisselle est juste (Achat d’une louche) et verres trop justes. Sinon ca va.Proprietaire agréable. (On a oublié nos bonnets et il nous les garde si on repasse un jour. Merci)"

"Villa Roccia is great. Beach just across the road was fabulous for late evening walks…but the pool and hot tub area was the star of the holiday. The village has a couple of grocery shops with a wonderful boulangerie too. Everyone was friendly, especially the host, Carine. Wonderful holiday. Long drive from uk but French roads and drivers are so much calmer than uk, so it was stress free from Calais."

"This property was ideal for our large group. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen, patio and pool area was spacious, open and well laid out. The theater was great too. We loved the flowers everywhere around the property. Steven was very helpful and friendly to work with on any questions."

"We, a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, had a great one week stay in this very nice designed and comfortable house. It has all luxury you can think of, including climate control and perfect beds. The garden has sun and shadow places all day and is extremely well equiped. Communication went well and any questions were answered quickly. Puilboreau is a very quiet village at biking distance of lovely places like La Rochelle and Ile de Ré. The presence of the cat was a surprise to us, but he was nice...

"Besides the location we expected for the price paid a perfect house Some negative points * cleanliness not OK * No hot water and agency didn't answered on sunday. * Heating pump for the swimming pool defect. Took several days before it was fixed and again several days before the pool was at the requested temperature. * several bordings around the pool were damaged with screws sticking out which resulted in several swimming tires with a fit * No airco as mentioned on the website"
