"This is a very small, intimate establishment. The room was large and the location was in the heart of Paris nightlife. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. The room was air conditioned which was good because with the windows open at night, the active nightlife might keep you awake. The only thing to keep in mind; it is on the first floor with no elevator and the stairway was dark and narrow. As an elderly traveler I found this intimidating but not impossible."

"Since it’s summer they need to provide air conditioned, the ceiling fan and the stand fan is not helping at all. It was so hot and then the toilet, it looks like it’s going to fall down when using it. The TV and the wi-fi is not working at all."
