"DO NOT try to use this property. I booked them through Expedia for a last minute place to stay due to transportation cancellations and other issues. They refused entry to my group plus two others. When calling the number on the property description I confirmed before heading there, but when I got there they refused entry and stated THEY DO NOT ACCEPT Expedia reservations and that I needed to contact Expedia directly. "Gregory has only just taken over but he was the perfect host, very helpful and willing plenty of good advice about the area. Property is stunning, the gardens, pool, tennis court and entrance courtyard - beautiful Chantilly town is quaint with nice restaurants and the Chateau fab. Only downside is the Green room was a little tired and in need of tic. Better routine of cleaning and maybe a declutter but overall a lovely place to stay and easy access to Paris by train"

"Great location. We were able to walk from the train station to the apartment. It is in the 6th floor and a little narrow stairs for carrying up a full sized suitcase. No AC but the window open was pretty good to cool the place at night. We had 3 bath towels but no hand towels. Great communication with the host. Instructions to get in and lock up were very clear. We would return. "
