Luxury Seaside Gîte with Balcony, Parking, and Baby Equipment

Three self-catering cottages in a charming 1900s house located opposite the sea, 8 km from Pornic. Shared entrance.
Shared, unfenced grounds of 600 m², including one parking space per cottage.
Upstairs cottage with private south-facing balcony: living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, one bedroom (double bed 140x190 cm), bathroom, and separate WC.
Duplex: mezzanine (single bed 90x190 cm) and bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms (queen bed 160x200 cm).
Shared washing machine and barbecue for all three cottages.
Included amenities: low-speed Wi-Fi, freezer compartment, CD player, cot/high chair, and baby bath upon request.
Not included: electric heating, bed linen, towels/household linen, and tourist tax.
Mandatory cleaning fee (€106 for tourists). Cleaning and linen package required for business clients (€120/stay).
