The communication with the owner was excellent from the time of the booking to the understanding and the support when I had to cancel at the last minute. "This was such a lovely welcome after a disastrous stay elsewhere. Our family room was so incredibly clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable and the town is just beautiful to wander around. We loved it, highly recommend. The staff were super friendly too."
