The enclosed, wooded garden of 1500 m² features a heated swimming pool (8x4m) open from approximately the beginning of May to the end of September, a terrace, a covered patio with a barbecue, and a children's play area. Table tennis and a badminton net are available. Private parking is provided on the property.

Ground floor: 40 m² living/dining room with a fireplace, separate fitted kitchen, heated veranda, one bedroom (double bed 140x190 cm) + one mezzanine bedroom with a library area (two single beds 90x190 cm), shower room/laundry room, and separate WC.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 2 single beds 90x190cm, 2: 1 double bed 160x200cm, 3: 1 double bed 140x190cm), bathroom, and separate toilet.

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, DVD player, full baby equipment.

Included: electricity, bed linen (beds made upon arrival), and firewood.

Not included: pellet boiler heating (12 bags included - additional bags approximately €8 each), towels, and tourist tax.
