"Amazing trip!! "

"The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "

"Great location in a lovely village. Perfect for people with young children as the nursery slopes are right outside. Apartment had everything we needed. Check in was easy and quick. I'd recommend to call in advance and say if you need cot/towels/sheets as I didn't do this and had to wait a short while for these to be prepared. "To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. After needing to call for clarification, we were given a separate address that led us to the same location. There is no parking at the actual hotel because of construction. "Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. "

"We stayed 7 days at the hotel. Its nice hotel and rooms, a little outdated and needs renovation.Also no cleaning services and bathroom shampoo included, will be great if once or 2 times a week rooms will be cleaned. Otherwise everything was good enough, close to the center and shopping area,as well to the slopes. Recommended. "
