"Une odeur prégnante de moisi et de renfermé (surtout dans le meuble contenant la vaisselle qui oblige à systématiquement la laver avant utilisation), le canapé type BZ est inconfortable, s'asseoir dessus est une épreuve ! Et les tapis au sol sont usagés et ne renvoient pas un ressenti de propreté. Dommage !! La petite cour est sympa mais un mini parasol ne suffit pas pour pouvoir y déjeuner. Dommage car ce logement est vraiment bien situé."

Boulangerie , Lidel and beach all with in walking distance and a 10min walk into Granville. The owner Mme Helaine was a really lovely lady who spoke good English . 'Linens' are included - but when it came to towels, just one bath towel, and a few small towels....a lot of bedding - but nothing matching, several duvets and pillows- all taking up most of the space in the wardrobe. It would have been useful to have an info sheet to know where rubbish should be left - and some recommended restaurants. No wifi! And the steep hill to town centre or to the promenade may not suit all. Having said all...

It is situated within easy walking distance of a very good boulangerie(2 min), a supermarket(3mins), a creperie(1 min), a post office(5 mins), several banks, restaurants and bars all within 5-10 mins walking. "Die Lage direkt am Meer (La Manche) war über- wältigend. Von der Terrasse aus hatte man einen Superblick auf das Meer. Zum Strand waren es nur wenige Schritte. Ebenso zu den Restaurants. Auch nach Cancale war es nicht weit. Haben hier die frischesten Austern gespeist. Alles in allem Prima."

"Nice view of the sea but by next year to be blocked by the building of new holiday homes. Ideal for two but not comfy for sitting indoors in the evening when the weather is cold. The double bed is small and for us, uncomfortable. Kitchen equipment and crockery was good except for the lack of sharp knives making food preparation difficult. WIFI in the flat was unavailable, the signal could not penetrate a very thick granite wall and concrete floor. A router is needed in the flat. To get wifi you...
