Small villa of the 30s, recently restored, ideal for small family of four. Near the beach and shops.
This villa has a garden clôs, all rooms are very bright. You will find in the kitchen the essentials: oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The rooms are composed of a bed of 140 for one and two beds of 90 for the other.
