LARGE PRIVATE COURT HOUSE CLOSED

In Saint Palais sur Mer very well located I offer a house with a large living room with kitchen, a mezzanine with a bed of 160, a bathroom with bath, a small room with a bunk bed ideal for two children. The plus of this house a large enclosed courtyard (possibility to park there) with terrace ideal for barbecues and outdoor dining. Close to beaches (Platin beach, beach of the great coast), they are within walking distance.
2 km from the Downtown Market
Animals are accepted but for the well being of all we ask you to respect the places (collection of excrement at the end of stay).
This property is for rent from Saturday 17h30 to Saturday 14h00 is 7 nights in July and August, and with a minimum of 2 nights outside the summer vacation periods.
On your arrival we will ask you a deposit check of 250. 00 € not cashed which will be returned to you by mail in the week following your departure.
We can offer bed linen rental for an additional € 15 per bed to be paid upon arrival.

Belle maison proche de la mer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison fonctionnelle et située dans une rue très calme et sécurisée. La cour entièrement fermée est un vrai plus, c'est idéal pour les barbecues et apéritifs. Le centre ville est rapidement accessible à pied ou à vélo.

Magnifique région !

Location très bien située, de magnifiques endroits à visiter ! De très jolies balades à pied à faire en longeant la côte. Seul désagrément, les moustiques !

Calme, secure, fonctionnel

Nous avons, mes deux ados et moi passe un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Quartier hyper calme, très secure, la voiture est dans la cour intérieure. Idéal lorsqu’on vient avec un chien. L’équipement de l’appartement est très bien. Nous avons bien profité de l’agréable terrasse et du barbecue mis à disposition. Plage toute proche mais attention aux rochers !! Il vaut mieux marcher un peu plus longtemps si on veut garder ses pieds indemnes lol. De bons restaurants à 2km. Des pistes cyclables à n’en plus finir et de chouettes balades en forêt. Merci pour votre accueil, votre réactivité pour le petit soucis avec le store et pour le cadeau de départ. Des hôtes vraiment charmants et professionnels. Je recommande

Location idéale! Bien située, confortable, sécurisée, grande cour privative bien fermée permettant de profiter de l’extérieur en toute intimité. Propriétaire aux petits soins, présent sur place pour la remise des clés. Location dans résidence sécurisée. État du studio et cour impeccable, bien sécurisé pour la voiture, le chien et notre petit de 2 ans 1/2. Très bon séjour.
