THE DUNE VILLA PLATIN ST PALAIS SUR MER

Villa Dune is a new construction 2017 single storey located 150m from the beach of Platin and 300m from the city center of St Palais.
Its landscape integration in the natural dune of the land will seduce you. It is a modern comfort house, air-conditioned, facing south of a surface of 160m2. The 7 bay windows overlook a spacious exotic wood deck that surrounds the 8mx4m heated pool secured by a submerged electric shutter.
It includes a large living room of 65m2 incorporating a large open kitchen fully equipped with central island (bar), a dining room for 12 guests, a large living room furnished with two sofas, ottomans, cushions, coffee table and TV 65 "and an internet connection (WIFI).
It hosts four single bedrooms, two bathrooms with Italian showers, three toilets.
The bay windows overlook the large wooden terrace with a dining area that can accommodate 14 guests, plancha, sunbathing and parasols are waiting for you
A wood chalet dependency of 16m2 sheltering 4 additional beds equipped with a corner toilet is available gracefully according to the request. At the back of the house is an outdoor shower and an ecological urinal

Enjoy the Villa Dune for its privileged location, close to the sea (Platin beach) and its landscaped environment on a garden of 1600m2 planted with green oaks, olive trees, boxwood, oleanders and hydrangeas
The area of ​​Platin is very wooded, very quiet allowing you to fully enjoy the site to rest.
The Villa Dune is perfect for couples and families with children.

A deposit of 1500 euros will be requested by check not cashed and returned 15 days after departure. Check to be sent by mail to the reservation.

Fabulous property

We had a great stay at Villa Dune. Amazing house fully equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful well kept gardens and pool area. Heated pool was a bonus. Fantastic location, short walk to beach and town. Lots of nice shops and restaurants in town. St. Palais sur mer is a really well kept town. Lots of walking and cycle paths.

Superbe séjour à la villa Dune. Nous y avons célèbré notre mariage. Le cadre est magnifique, le jardin, les arbres, les fleurs un lieu de réception idéal et très bien entretenu. La piscine chauffée à fait le bonheur des petits et grands. La maison est fonctionnelle et la cuisine au top. Merci à Mr Bost pour sa confiance et sa gentillesse. Nous garderons ce lieu en mémoire pour nos prochains événements.

Le paradis sur terre

Villa d’exception , le lieu est magnifique mais surtout vous êtes déconnectés de la réalité en entrant dans ce petit paradis. Notre séjour s’est déroulé très vite, trop vite ! Merci mille fois pour l’accueil de Myriam et merci aux propriétaires d’avoir créé ce petit paradis. La cuisine est fabuleuse et la piscine si agréable ! Nous avons hâte de revenir !!

Summer Holiday Villa Dune

Lovely property that is really well equipped and very attractive. Very short walks both to a pretty beach and to Saint Palais Sur Mer which has a good selection of restaurants and shops. Great restful place. Lovely holiday😀.

La localisation est parfaite! Tout à pied ou à vélo tant pour la Plage que pour le centre ville

Parfait pour nous, un couple et 4 ados. La piscine est un vrai plus surtout chauffée pour faire un plouf fin octobre! Le fond de cuisine est exceptionnel, des jeux à disposition ( intérieur et extérieur). Merci pour tout!

Fabulous stay at Villa Dune

Fantastic week spent at Villa Dune. The villa is gorgeous and is equipped with everything you need. The children particularly enjoyed the pool, table tennis and boules. The villa is also in a perfect location and is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and park. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay. 😁
