"The address given is not accurate and it took us ages to find, we had to hope that the host read the messages, he then gave us the address. This is listed as an English speaking host which is not accurate. We struggled to communicate. The place is advertised with a pool but this was out of bounds due to the drought, we understand this but we should have known before arrival. We had no hot water at all during our stay and we could not contact the host despite messaging and ringing the door...

"If you want to be remote this is perfect, with shops not far away. Views great, house perfect except heat when we visited, better air con would help. Host Denis very friendly. Outside area ideal, spacious and welcome cool jacuzzi. Thank you Patricia and family"

"We had a really nice time at Anne's place in Alet-les-Bains. The house is beautiful and plenty of space for us (family of five). Anne was the best host, always helpful and smiling. She even offered delicious breakfast and dinner on request. The swimmingpool and outdoor area was just perfect, so beautiful and also private. We just loved it here and will highly recommend! "

"Had a wonderful 2-week holiday in this beautiful, clean and spacious villa. The host Jean was extremely helpful with nothing being too much trouble. The villa is very secure and close to a main road giving easy access to local attractions. Would highly recommend. "
