"I’m going to be completely honest. Their professionalism and the way they handled the check in was not the best. We were supposed to check in at 1 pm and then last minute after not being able to reach them it was changed to 2 pm. They said they sent emails about the check in changing time, and also they ask for a deposit and they don’t use your card like any normal place off the website. The pictures look so much better than what property actually looks like, it’s run down and it was not...

"Great location, which is the most important part of being in Ville Franche. A couple things could have been clearer in the listing. Parking is NOT included or available at the property (amenities indicated it was). Closest pay lot (no free parking) 5 minute walk $45/ day. Sleeper couch is located in a room that must be passed through to enter the bedroom. Balcony is very small with only a view of the next building. Steep stairs. Please update the listing."
