Descriptif trompeur

le descriptif de cette location omet un bon nombre d'inconvénients majeurs : - il n'y a pas de parking "sur place" comme indiqué sur le site mais à l'extérieur où il est impossible de se garer aux heures des repas car la maison se trouve en face d'un restaurant (dont les effluves de frites envahissent la maison le midi et le soir) qui ne possède pas de parking. Les clients se garent donc dans la rue. - L'indication "Entre la plage et le marché" est elle aussi trompeuse car le marché est un kilomètre et demi à pied et la plage est une plage de sable noir sur laquelle il n'est pas possible de s'installer ni d'ailleurs de se baigner... - pas de climatisation dans cette construction en béton... -la batterie de cuisine est très spartiate et plutôt disparate, très insuffisante pour 7 personnes... -pas de cafetière "moderne" genre Nespresso ou Senseo... - aucun robot de cuisine (mixeur, batteur etc...) - le four à micro (qui n'est pas celui figurant sur la photo) est ridiculement petit... - Le réfrigérateur en fin de vie fuit abondamment et glace les aliments qui ont le malheur de toucher le fond... Et enfin pour parachever le tout... il n'y a pas de four ce qui est bien fâcheux. Il y aurait encore bien des choses à dire sur les prises de courant, la déco, les protège-matelas en plastique, la propreté du linge de maison (notamment des oreillers). Bref on est plus que déçus et nous ne passerons plus par Abritel.

Proche du centre et calme

Pas de chance pour nous car la route du bord de mer vers boucan était en travaux donc plus de route que prévu pour aller à ces plages . Autrement facile de récupérer la national pour nos sorties

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette agréable maison, très bien située, près des commerces, d'excellents restaurants, du marché forain...La terrasse de l'étage supérieur est tellement agréable avec sa vue sur mer, coucher de soleil... l'accès rapide à la route des Tamarins permet d'accéder aux incontournables de cette Île qui porte bien son nom : Île intense ! Erwan, le propriétaire fait en sorte de simplifier les formalités d'arrivée et de départ et est très réactif. Je recommande cette location à 100 % ! L'a

Emplacement parfait ! Accueil adorable, le logement est vraiment génial. Il est propre, il est grand, l'emplacement est absolument génial ! Face à la mer, vous ne pouvez pas trouver mieux pour séjourner à la réunion. Je recommande vivement !
