Its location is ideal: just 10 minutes' walk from shops and in a peaceful setting, surrounded by a closed and landscaped plot of 8,000 m².A perfect address for family or friends holidays in Provence, between modern comfort, Provençal charm and on-site leisure activities.The exteriors:•Large tree-lined and secure plot, perfect for relaxing,•Shaded petanque court for convivial moments with friends or family,•Heated swimming pool (6x 3.50 m, flat bottom 1.50 m), secured by a roller shutter, located just in front of the house for direct and convenient access.The 60 m² interior offers:•Bright living area with lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.•Two comfortable bedrooms equipped with mosquito nets:o1 bedroom with two single beds (100 cm).o1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).•Bathroom with WC.Bed and towel linen included.3-star holiday cottage classified and labelled with 3 keys by Clévacances.A deposit of €1,500 will be requested from you, along with a holiday extension certificate (home insurance).

Adorable maison au calme

Nous avons été reçus chaleureusement dans cette charmante location. La maison est coquette, compacte, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un délicieux séjour. La piscine est ravissante et bienvenue après les découvertes de la journée. Nous recommandons "la petite maison sur la colline" sans hésiter. Mille mercis à Laura pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse!
