"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. "Checked in late at night, but needed to pay local tax directly at check in and to access the building ... payment system didn't recognise foreign credit card. Fortunately 2 very kind men paid for me which was lucky as I had 2 tired kids in the car. Bed linen and bathroom clean, but loads of stains on the floor."
