Emplacement à 5min à pied de la plage de la Cotiniere. À 15min à pied du port et de la rue piétonne.Il y a une location de vélo juste en face de la location.Le propriétaire est très sympathique et discret.La location est pratique pour une famille.

Comme dejà mentionné. Logement non entretenu et non nettoyé, à ce prix là ce n'est pas normal (frigo, couverts, vaisselle etc). J'ai donc fait le menage en entrant (mais je n'ai pas tout relavé), j'en ai informé dès le soir même le proprietaire qui s'est juste excusé et je l'ai fait en partant donc là il etait propre.Autrement l'emplacement est bien et le propriétaire qui vit à côté est discret.Mais franchement, un grand nettoyage de printemps est nécessaire.Et dans les photos, il n'y a pas les portes, les meubles pleins de poussière, le frigo avec des traces de chocolat, des tablettes et des bacs sales.

Très bon accueil, propriétaire sympathique et de bons conseils Quelques suggestions . Ménage à faire mais rien de prévu.aucun produit ni même un seau. Il serait de bon aloi de désencombrer les placards de vaisselle et casseroles heteroclites en état quelconque. Pour le reste ,l’endroit est favorable pour la plage

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. Nous étions 3 mon compagnon, notre bébé, et moi même. Le logement est idéalement situé quand on a un enfant en bas âge. Le propriétaire est une personne très sympathique, et c’est vraiment agréable d être reçu comme tels après 700km de trajet! Je conseille cette adresse aux amoureux de l’île d’Oléron.
