8/10 Good

"Convenient location short distance from airport. However, eating out options close by are limited. I missed breakfast and then struggled to find a suitable place near by as I didn’t fancy anything from the small hotel kiosk. Other than that, can’t fault the hotel and would be up for staying there again. Also, hotel lays on free shuttle to hotel from airport. Whilst helpful, especially if you have loads of luggage kids etc, but had I known it was less than a 5 minute ride from airport to hotel, I wouldn’t have waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive!"

10/10 Excellent
"We absolutely love so many things about this hotel. The location first off was the best we could’ve asked for. Five minute walk to old town, view of the lake. Absolutely perfect. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The café downstairs was a lifesaver in the morning with young kids. The pool was really nice and such a bonus to have. We also loved our loft style two story room. Again, very helpful with kids. The only thing I would caution against is a room like this with crawling babies or young toddlers. The design was a little odd. Lots of sharp corners on “offset” shelving (offset for style), very steep and strange staircase to the upper loft area. I did trip down the stairs one morning. This room would have to be seriously being proved if someone had a baby here. Otherwise, we had such a great stay in would recommend it."

"Location, location, location. A room with a view here is spectacular. However, lake access is not as easy as you'd think and there is no exclusivity. There is no place with chaise lounges for sitting outside and enjoying the sun and lake. You have to pay extra for the "club" next door made out of what seems to have once been the hotel's lake deck. Hotel is not right in town but it is a short walk and there are other restaurants close by. Breakfast at the hotel is substantial and expensive. If you are not a big breakfast eater, it's kind of a waste. The staff was all polite but no one wanted to lift a finger to provide any extra help. We were there peak season and maybe they were tired but asking for a taxi was like asking for a personal favor. The front desk people are experts in ignoring your presence. We did not use the spa. We paid for a room with a fantastic view and no regrets but while I will return to Annecy, I don't think I'd stay here again."

"Very nice hotel. Public areas are very well maintained and you can grab a drink or a bite at any time of the day / night. Check-in was very smooth and quick and staff was always very helpful. Breakfast is just wonderful - with such a great variety of foods and high quality. Just a couple of notes: room layout with sink in bathroom could be revisited and the rooms have limited storage for clothes and no minibar / slippers / bathrobes. Other than that, lovely stay in the heart of Geneva! Thank you!"

"Only had type J power outlets, two USB but one didn't work. If you are coming by train there is an underpass with shops that leads to Rue de Mont Blanc"
